July & August Weekly Rate: $1,900
June Weekly Rate: $1,800
and other times as follows:
$290/night (3 night minimum) or $1,800/week

LODGE POLICIES
rental rate does not include 5.5% state and 5.5% local taxes
rentals are Saturday to Saturday during summer season
maximum occupancy: six persons
50% of rental amount (deposit) required to confirm a reservation
Remaining 50% of the rental amount must be paid in full two months (60 days) prior to arrival along with a $500.00 security deposit, which will be returned within 15 days after your stay.
- Guest may pay via PayPal, however there is a 3.5% PayPal fee.
No refunds for early departures
Check-in is after 3:30 PM
Check-out prior to 11:00 AM
This is a 100% non-smoking establishment. No smoking anywhere on the property
No burning of candles allowed.
We cannot accommodate pets of any type, no matter the size, how cute, or how well behaved.
In case of cancellation, deposit or rental amount is refundable only if we can re-rent the lodge for the same time period. Of course, we will return your security deposit immediately upon receiving your cancellation notice.
Gift Certificates must be paid for in full at the time of purchase. Value of certificate can be applied to a reservation at any time. Gift Certificates do not expire and we rely on the recipients to make a reservation at their convenience.
